Miss Dewar was likely Evelyn Esther Dewar (BA) Assistant school mistress at Rugby school who appears at several combined NUWSS and Warwickshire CUWFA meetings in 1911. She lived in Mayfield House, Horton Crescent, near to Rugby School and was one of many teachers that campaigned for the vote.
