Frederic was the History Schoolmaster at Leamington Municipal School for Boys attaining his BA (Hons) in 1910 whilst teaching there. He was a member of the Men's League for Women's Suffrage which formed in 1907 'with the object of bringing to bear upon the movement the electoral power of men ...
